Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

· 07:30 AM – Early morning pick-up from your booked hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) by your very own PRIVATE English-speaking driver-guide, followed by your journey to Amboseli National Park.

· The drive towards Amboseli National Park, the Land of Giants, takes approximately 4–5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions to the designated destination.

· Arrive in time for a mouthwatering lunch at your respective lodge/camp, followed by check-in and some time to relax.

· Later in the afternoon, proceed for an exciting game drive in Amboseli National Park. Explore the wide-open grass plains with the famous Mount Kilimanjaro in the background, Africa’s highest mountain, with its beautiful snow-capped peak. The scattered acacia bushes provide a habitat for a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, and diverse birdlife with over 400 species. Enjoy excellent wildlife viewing and photography opportunities with the rooftop of the safari vehicle opened for great views and photography.

· Return to your respective lodge/camp for dinner and relaxation.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park Full Day

· Enjoy a morning buffet breakfast at your respective lodge/camp and then depart with a picnic lunch box to explore this amazing park.

· Today, embark on an adventurous full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park to view a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, and a wide variety of bird species.

· Stop at a designated spot within the park for a picnic lunch and enjoy your meal surrounded by the beautiful wilderness.

· After lunch, continue with the afternoon game drive, exploring more of the park’s spectacular landscapes and wildlife.

· Capture unforgettable moments and wildlife encounters with your camera from our open-roof safari vehicle, offering excellent views and photography opportunities.

Day 3: Amboseli National Park – Lake Naivasha

· 07:30 AM: Enjoy a morning buffet breakfast at your respective lodge/camp, followed by check-out.

· Depart for Lake Naivasha, which takes approximately 6 hours, depending on road conditions, traffic, and terrain en route to your destination.

· On your way to Lake Naivasha, make a 15-minute stop at the Great Rift Valley Escarpment to admire the breathtaking panoramic views.

· Make sure to take some memorable photographs to capture the beauty of this spectacular landscape.

· Thereafter, continue your journey to Lake Naivasha and arrive at your respective lodge/camp in time for lunch, followed by some time to relax.

· After lunch, proceed for an exciting boat ride on Lake Naivasha, followed by a walking safari at Crescent Island, where you can experience the natural surroundings on foot.

· After the walking safari, return to your respective lodge/camp for dinner and relaxation.

Day 4:Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

· 08:00 AM: Enjoy a morning buffet breakfast at your respective lodge/camp, followed by check-out.

· Depart Lake Naivasha and head to the nearby Hell’s Gate National Park. The park features tall cliffs, deep gorges, and steam rising from the ground. Explore the park on foot or by bicycle while encountering wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, and buffaloes.

· Thereafter, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. En route, enjoy lunch at a stop along the way.

· After lunch, proceed for an exciting afternoon game drive on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grasslands. Lake Nakuru National Park offers a beautiful and diverse ecosystem, with varied habitats ranging from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpments and picturesque ridges.

· The park is ideal for bird watching, hiking, picnics, and viewing the endangered black rhino.

· You will then be driven to your respective lodge/camp in the evening, where you can relax and enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara National Reserve

· Early morning buffet breakfast at your respective lodge/camp, followed by check-out.

· Depart for Masai Mara National Reserve, which takes approximately 4–5 hours, depending on road conditions, traffic, and terrain en route to your destination.

· Arrive in time for lunch, followed by check-in at your respective lodge/camp and some time to relax.

· After lunch and relaxation, head out for an exciting evening game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve. Explore the wide-open grass plains and scattered acacia bushes that are home to a remarkable variety of wildlife, including the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and the endangered black rhino—as well as cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and wildebeests. The wildebeests are famous for their annual Great Migration, one of nature’s most spectacular wildlife events, which takes place between July and October. The reserve is also home to more than 400 species of birds, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife and bird photography.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Reserve Full Day Game Drive

 

· This is a busy day! After a hearty early morning breakfast, set out with your picnic lunch for a thrilling full-day game drive through the heart of the Masai Mara National Reserve, renowned for its vast herds of wildebeest and zebras. The morning light is ideal for spotting wildlife as they become active, and you may have the opportunity to witness the spectacular sunrise while in the park.

· As you explore the diverse landscapes of the reserve, keep your eyes peeled for the Big Five and a variety of other wildlife, including cheetahs, hyenas, and giraffes. Around midday, enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch amidst the stunning savanna, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

· After lunch, continue your wildlife adventure through the reserve, with the possibility of witnessing the dramatic Mara River crossings (seasonal – usually between July and September).

· Return to your camp/lodge after an unforgettable day in the wild. Spend the evening relaxing, enjoying dinner, and sharing stories of your incredible safari experiences.

· Enjoy a visit to the famous Maasai Cultural Village for an educative session on the lifestyle and traditions of the Maasai. Learn about their daily lifestyle, traditions, culture, and traditional dances.

· Depart for Nairobi, also known as the Green City Under the Sun.

· The drive to Nairobi takes approximately 6 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions to the designated destination.

· Drop off at your booked hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your flight back home. (3 hours prior check-in is required.)

What Can You Pack?

Any bag comfortable to you but remember, you'll never have to carry around all your bags by yourself so size doesn’t matter. But again it matters to the airline. While on safari you have an option of leaving the extra luggage at our office or at the hotel for safe keeping.

Shoes

The basic rule for shoe wear is to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable when seated inside a vehicle and walking short treks, since the regular safari does not require a lot of walking. A thick sole is better because it will keep your feet safe from the hard and spiky acacia thorns that might be lying on the ground.

Drugstore & accessories

Don't bother yourself with fantasies about dangerously close encounters with wildlife. While on safari, your worst enemy is not hiding in the bush, but high up in the sky. Remember you will be sitting on the Equator; therefore bring your sunglasses, sunscreen with a high protection factor and an after sun lotion. Don't forget your wet wipes because camps don’t provide them. Packing some mosquito repellent is advisable, but this is up to each one’s tastes and sense of danger.

Electronics & appliances

The main mobile telephone network Operators here are Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom Orange. You can easily acquire one chip-set of any of the operators at the airport and have it registered instantly at the airport for your use. Electric current is 220-240 volts and 50 hertz. Sockets are British-type (type G), with three rectangular blade pins. You can as well tag along a power bank if you need. A flashlight/torch is necessary too, especially in Masai Mara where the generator is sometimes powered off for the better part of the night. Finally, get your camera/camcorder with enough memory size, your passport + visa, switch on your anticipation and let’s meet soon to start a dream safari.
