Day:1 Nairobi – Tsavo East National Park
01 — 07:30 AM
EARLY MORNING PICK-UP & DEPARTURE
Early morning pick-up from your booked hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by your very own PRIVATE English-speaking driver guide, and then depart to Tsavo East National Park.
JOURNEY TO TSAVO EAST
The drive towards Tsavo East National Park is approximately 6 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions to the designated lodge or camp.
ARRIVAL & LUNCH
You will arrive in time for a mouthwatering lunch at your respective camp/lodge and thereafter check in and relax.
AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE
Await the afternoon game drive as you relax and later proceed for the afternoon game drive in Tsavo East National Park, where you get to see wide-open grass plains and scattered acacia bush that are home to a wide variety of wildlife of the BIG FIVE, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, and a wide variety of bird species.
DINNER & OVERNIGHT
Dinner and Overnight at your respective lodge/camp on Full Board Basis.
Day 2: Tsavo East National Park – Tsavo West National Park
02 — TSAVO EAST TO TSAVO WEST
SUNRISE GAME DRIVE
Wake up to the sounds of the African wilderness and enjoy an early morning cup of tea or coffee before embarking on a sunrise game drive. The cool morning hours provide an excellent opportunity to witness the park come alive as wildlife becomes more active. Keep your camera ready for sightings of the famous red elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and a wide variety of bird species.
BREAKFAST & DEPARTURE
Return to your respective camp/lodge for a hearty breakfast before checking out and departing for Tsavo West National Park.
Enjoy a final en-route game drive as you exit Tsavo East, offering one last chance to admire the park’s vast open plains and abundant wildlife. The drive takes approximately 3 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
JOURNEY TO TSAVO WEST
Continue your journey to Tsavo West National Park, renowned for its dramatic volcanic landscapes, rolling hills, lava flows, natural springs, and diverse wildlife.
Upon entering the park, your safari continues with an en-route game drive as you make your way to your respective camp/lodge, giving you another opportunity to encounter elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, impalas, and, with a bit of luck, lions, leopards, or cheetahs.
ARRIVAL & LUNCH
Arrive at your respective camp/lodge in time for a delicious lunch, followed by an opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE & MZIMA SPRINGS
Later in the afternoon, set out on an exciting game drive through the park’s breathtaking landscapes.
If time and your lodge/camp location allow, you may visit the famous Mzima Springs, a beautiful natural oasis where millions of gallons of crystal-clear water flow from underground springs every day.
The springs are home to hippos, Nile crocodiles, numerous fish species, and an abundance of birdlife, making them one of Tsavo West’s most iconic attractions and a perfect place to appreciate the park’s unique ecosystem.
GOLDEN AFRICAN SUNSET
As the sun sets over the African wilderness, continue your game drive before returning to your respective camp/lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Tsavo West National Park – Nairobi
03 — DEPARTURE TO NAIROBI
MORNING BREAKFAST & CHECK-OUT
Enjoy a mouthwatering buffet breakfast, and then check out from your booked Lodge/Camp.
JOURNEY BACK TO NAIROBI
Depart for Nairobi, also known as the Green City Under the Sun. The drive from Tsavo West to Nairobi is approximately 5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
DROP-OFF
Drop off at your booked hotel in Nairobi or JKIA Airport for your flight back home. 3 hours prior check-in is required.
PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Transport in an open roof 4x4 tour Land Cruiser.
- Service of a professional, trained and skilled driver / guide during safari.
- Game drives at the respective parks stated.
- Entrance fees to the parks.
- Bottled drinking water during safari.
