Set between Mount Kenya and the Aberdares, Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a trailblazer in wildlife conservation. It is home to the world’s last two northern white rhinos, a renowned chimpanzee sanctuary, and a thriving population of black rhinos and other Big Five animals. The conservancy also promotes sustainable tourism and community development.
Ol Pejeta lies 200 km north of Nairobi near Nanyuki. It can be reached by road (3.5–4 hours) or by air (45 minutes) to Nanyuki Airstrip, followed by a short drive to the conservancy.
